RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

• You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.

• You will be notified immediately when the product arrives.
  

• Products should be returned in the original unused condition you received them, with a copy of your original invoice. please also, include a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
  

• Once inspected and the product was not damaged or altered in any way, your account will be reimbursed the amount of the item less the shipping cost.
  

• All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling you paid on the order.
  

• If you are interested in exchanging the same product for another we will cancel the first order we will issue a changed invoice with the shipping and handling charges applied. You will not be charged a restocking fee in this case.
