All orders are shipped within 3 - 5 days. Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM.
We use the following Carriers: USPS, UPS FedEx, and DHL
a tracking # is provided by a shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. You will then have an opportunity to decide whether or not to place the order.
SHIPPING RATES
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and be able to decide whether or not to move forward.
Regarding back orders, we will ship whatever part of your order is in stock. When the backorder items become available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
